AAA Chimney Service was very honest. I was scheduled for a cleaning and the technician told me my chimney did not need a cleaning and only charged me for an inspection. You have very professional and polite associates! They gave me some helpful safety tips about my fireplace and really tried to educate me about the process.
How often should my chimney be cleaned? The National Fire Protection Agency ( NFPA ) recommends a yearly inspection with cleaning and repairs done as necessary. Free standing wood stoves & fire place inserts used to heat the home should be inspected and cleaned every year. Regular open fireplaces need to be maintained and cleaned on a consistent basis as well.

I can't say that I was impressed. I had an inspection and had a guy tell me that I needed holes fixed in my chimney. He told me patching it was not a good alternative and wanted to have me put a new liner and woodburning stove insert in. Nothing vents in to my chimney, so I called two other services. Both told me that the chimney was fine, and the quote to fix the few tiles was thousands less than what AAA quoted me.

John and his team installed a chimney liner and new ductwork on my water heater. They were in and out within an hour. Great price too. Called Friday May 18th to see if I could get an estimate to fix a chimney on a house I’m in the process of buying. Owner was very short with me and just said email pictures and I’ll see if I can give you a quote off those. Don’t think you can get an accurate quote based off a few pictures but i sent them anyway. It is now may 27th and I still have not heard anything back from him. My realtor also called a week ago and also got no response after emailing the same pictures. Doesn’t seem like he wants the business so going elsewhere.

They quoted me a reasonable price to repair a cosmetic patch on my concrete foundation around my house. They showed up at the agreed time and dug up the area, ground down the failing patch, bonded and resealed a new patch on there, and blended the area so that you can hardly tell there was anything there. Night and day difference! Highly recommend!

By far the most affordable chimney service in the area (I had called around 5)! They were able to get out to my home fast and on time! Very friendly as they interacted with myself and my children.
