Fantastic, professional, know what they are doing, and have always been early for my appointments. Anthony was great, was on time and explained what needs to be done. I am glad he will be fixing my sewer clean out. I trust him to do a great job.

Tim was professional and competent. I was impressed with the quality of service. Living in a rural area, one expects delays in service and having parts in stock. Even though the bill was a couple of hundred dollars more than I expected to pay for the installation of a new water heater, having hot water on the same day the problem was diagnosed, was worth it.

I had a major plumbing problem and call these good folks. The lady on the phone was nice and informative.
The plumber, Tim, showed up within an hour of my call and got to work. We were back up and going within several hours and that included Tim's run to get parts.
Tim was very nice, knowledge and informative.
I really appreciated them being there for us when we really needed them.

Bill and Anthony removed a jacuzzi tub and redid the plumbing to fit an acrylic claw foot tub. They showed up on time, performed the work they said they would on a timely basis, treated us and our home respectively, at a reasonable cost. I would recommend them and use their services again.

I called AZ Super-Plumbers, and they sent Tim out, who installed a bidet toilet seat on one of our toilets.
Then I called the following week, and Anthony showed up, removed our kitchen Reverse Osmosis filtering equipment, and broke our new ( Amazon ) hot/cold water appliance he was booked to install. He told me he would book a Monday appointment ( about a week later ) to install the new hot/cold device after I told him it would take a few days for a replacement to arrive, and that the remaining cost would be around $250.00..
No one appeared Monday as promised, so I called, and the office said

Tim, from The Plumbing Store, had to replace an old water heater and was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. After installing the new water heater, he checked the flow from all the faucets and cleaned the screens to make sure everything ran perfect. I will definitely use them again. The Plumbing Store was called in the morning and by that afternoon I had my new water heater!

I would give six stars if I could. I had a flood in the basement of a rental house which led to the discovery of a old, split PVC water heater line inaccessible under an old cast iron tub. With some discussion and suggestions James was able to bypass the old lines and reestablish hot water to the tub within hours.

After no more than 1 hour of work and replacing approx. 2.5 feet of black PVC waste pipe, we were charged $535! Yes, they did advise me before they did the work but we were going out of town and my regular person for this work was out of town too. I'm guessing the replacement PVC was no more than $10 at a home improvement store so they charged more than $500 for labor??? They said it was a flat rate job. At the time of this writing, I still have not received an itemized bill they were supposed to e-mail me. This wasn't a holiday or even a weekend. I strongly believe we were being taken

After using several other plumbing stores in Prescott that left us disappointed with the company, the work or the price or ALL...we saw The Plumbing Store truck in our area and decided to call them when we had another plumbing issue.
We have been so happy with the company, the employees and the work and the prices seem fair compared to the others.
They are on-time, provide a thorough inspection and give a written estimate before they begin the work.

Friendly, efficient service with a staff eager to serve the public. You literally can not go wrong with this company. I was amazed to see a one-star review. The low rating just doesn't seem to fit the reality of this business. In fact, do a reality check yourself and call them next time you need a plumber. You will be glad you did!

After viewing their website, and seeing the photos of a big room full of racks and selves of plumbing parts, I drove into town to the Plumbing Store to try to buy some hard to find fittings...to my amazement and disappointment, there is no "there" there! Meaning, there is not a parts store at the Plumbing Store. just a base for their fleet of mobile trucks. The room of parts (still) shown on their web site is now just an empty room..NO parts available to the public. Not only is this bad business, it's just plain stupid because now I won't bother calling them for plumbing

We woke up to a leaking water heater spraying water everywhere on a Sunday morning. Started calling plumbers that were listed as 24/7. No answers. Finally reached the plumbing store and they sent Erik out. One hour later, problem resolved. Erik was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them for non emergency or emergency plumbing. BTW 4 hours later still no responses from other plumbers I called that market as 24/7.

Just had some plumbing work done for my sink drain and disposal and Bill did a great job of reworking the pipes and improving the efficiency of the drains.
I was going to try to do the work myself but my wife told me to call a plumber and since I had previous experience with The Plumbing Store they were my first and only call.
I would have never been able to do what Bill did and I appreciate his work effort greatly.

I have never received this type of service in the past...
This morning I called asking if there was any information regarding an appointment we had last month (July). Brielle obtained the original order but she returned my call and sent me an email with all of the information I had requested, even the website where I could obtain additional information.
Great customer service from the staff and the field.
The service call in July that was completed by Joe, was just a good. He was on time, very friendly and informative and answered any questions that we had. He was also very neat and clean as

They were a great company to do business with. They showed up on time, had little booties to keep the floor clean and all the parts needed on the truck. I found a second issue while they were there and they stayed longer and got it fixed. Great customer service, thanks Joe and Brieo was great on the phone.

In my situation I found The Plumbing Store to be inordinately expensive; the staff lacking integrity in dealing with me; in my case the workmanship to be shoddy; and the costly new products they installed to be of inferior quality which failed within two weeks.
It was necessary to call another plumber to undo the damage and replace the new fixtures that The Plumbing Store had just installed.
This was a very expensive lesson for me and I would suggest that anyone looking for competent, reliable and ethical service providers to first check

I own vacation rental properties in the Prescott area and have used, and continue to use, The Plumbing Store for all my plumbing needs. Since I live out of state I can not tell you how satisfying it is to find such a trustworthy plumbing company to use. Out of state property owners are at a real disadvantage when it comes to finding qualified, honest and professional service companies. I feel very fortunate to have found The Plumbing Store.

Absolutely ridiculous! My grandma called them for a garbage disposal replacement and was charged $565!!! The half horse power disposal was billed as a 3/4, and regardless the labor could not possibly be $400!!
Parts could not be more than $120 (retail), and for a hour of work?
Elderly people should not be taken advantage of or defrauded!!
Shame on you!!
Oh - they did refund $85, nice try, but this is an issue that needs more.
