Very disappointed! Explained problem to girl on the phone. She said 75.00 house call. Guy showed up and didn’t even look at the job an quoted me 800.00 to unplug the toilet. Needed to take everything apart etc. etc. yet didn’t even look at the job yet. So i backed out and pay the 75.00 for the ridiculous quote!
Of course i couldn’t afford that (this is where they still get money for doing nothing). Will not call them again. They should give you a heads up to unaffordable pricing.

Franklin Plumbing and Landscaping service excavated a 12' x 16' x 3' in my back yard for a swim spa, also to cut down a 30' siberian elm leaving a trunk 8' tall. The landscape crew did an awesome job cutting the large tree down. The excavation crew did a so so job. I paid the quote in full. A couple of days later Franklin Plumbing said I owe them another 467.00, for what? I called the owner immediately and he told me he was going to talk to the supervisor. The owner NEVER called me back. Today 18 months later I get a call from a collection agency wanting the 467.00. I called Franklin plumbing to

The after hours response was amazing. We have a small cabin on our property that we use for Airbnb's. We discovered that several pipes had been clogged and then froze when our guest vacated the day prior and not being from the area, turned off the heat. Chris responded to my call immediately and came to fix the problem within a couple hours, on a Sunday! He was very courteous and professional. Even after he left, we found that another pipe was broken that we all missed and he came right back and had it repaired before our guest checked in. Thanks so much for coming to our rescue. I have used Franklin Plumbing Services three times in the last three years. This company is fantastic. All three times, they have been professional, thorough, friendly, helpful, and they came as fast as they could, within an hour or two of my call. They assured me all three times that my problem would be solved THAT day and, since two of the issues concerned a clogged pipe that impeded the toilet, this was tremendous reassurance and dedication to satisfaction. They totally honor time and are prompt and courteous. This last time, which was 1/12/21, they were EXTREMELY dedicated to COVID-19 safety

They are more reputable than other places out here but they still wanted to fix things that weren't broken and charge me for it. Their fee to come out was a little higher than others as well.
