You would think that after over 11 years with the same contractor, that same contractor you paid preventive maintenance for on an HVAC system that same contractor installed, they would work with you when the system fails and give you a deal you couldn't refuse. At least that's what I thought.

Just used Carrano Air for a High Efficiency heat and A/C installation yesterday and I’m extremely happy with their service.
Their pricing was very competitive and the service was outstanding. They arrived first thing in the morning and got right to work with a crew of five. The crew was very professional and took extra care in keeping the area clean. The inside installation was in a small utility room which required some creative ductwork which came out beautifully. Once installed they fully tested and walked me through the system. Overall an outstanding job and I highly recommend them.

I used Carrano Air back in the winter. They installed a new A/C unit for me. It cost me almost $9,000. Everything went ok.
I called them again on 8/31/21 because my water heater broke. They told me that nobody is available to install a new water heater and they have nobody to refer me to.
If you’re looking for a place that respects and appreciates their customers, and gives good customer service; I’d suggest that you go elsewhere, because, basically, they’re attempt to keep their customers happy, sucks. I have no hot water, and am very disappointed. Won’t be using them again anytime soon

Scammer! Do not use Carrano Air! My HAVC condensate pump was making vibration noise and Carrano Air did the original installation so I figured it was better to use them. When I called for appointment and pricing, I was told the cost was $89.95 for diagnostic and the tech will let me know the final cost to fix if it goes over. The tech looked at the issue and told us the cost would be cover within the $89.95 so we agree to do the work which is to simply clean the pump. During the entire time, there was no timer, not mentioned of additional cost. Short story, at the end of the job, we were slapped

Carrano is professional, reliable and efficient and they've been consistently professional, reliable and efficient the entire time I've used them (now over 10 years)! I've never had the same person come out to service my HVAC system and that's never been a concern for me. These guys are smart and considerate and they COMMUNICATE every step of the way which for me, means everything. I plan on using them for as long as I'm in this house.

They have replaced heating and cooling in our sixteen thousand square feet church building and have done an excellent job. Their prices are extremely fair. Steve and his crew are the best in the business. They have done commercial and residential installs for us. Herb is a pleasure to work with and explains the equipment, functionality and install process in… detail. The install crews are also top shelf.
