The above is a quick view of the areas we service in everything from our HVAC service, to Ice Machine repairs. Green is the area in which we have technicians daily. If you're in that area and have the need for an emergency repair, we can typically be there within 24 hours. Yellow are areas we're consistently servicing, and so we can typically do a 24 hour response time on emergencies.
Blejwas Technicians have worked on all kinds of ice machines. From under-counter units in a bar, giant bins in a stadium, or hundreds of dispensers in a hospital, we've seen just about everything. We treat every ice machine the way it should be treated: As an important piece of mechanical equipment that requires a high standard of cleanliness and attention.
We hear the same story all too often. An ice machine breaks, a repair company is called, and they do the bare minimum to keep the machine going a little longer. There's little, if any, documentation of the repair, and suddenly the Joint Commission is going through for inspections. Our team of factory-trained technicians don't just tighten a few screws and call it a day.
What you see above is, unfortunately, the inside of a lot of ice machines. We see far too many instances where people have bought ice machines, turned them on, and then just waited for something to go wrong to pick up the phone. While that is their main job, of course, there are always other processes going on that you need to be aware of when dealing with ice.
Blejwas Associates provides parts for Follet, Hoshizaki, Manitowoc, and Scotsman ice machines. However, Blejwas Associates can do more than just order parts for you.
