Had a very positive experience with this company. The owner came out. He arrived early, educated me on the problem and fixed it immediately and at a very reasonable rate. You can count on them to be honest and not try to up sell you or repair things that aren’t broken. Highly recommend.

OMG!!! I've used their services before but this time they really came through BIG TIME!! The morning of the day 15 family members were supposed to come to my house and stay for a week for a family reunion the AC stopped working. I thought I was doomed since it was so hot. They promised to come out in the morning and ended up coming before the promised time. Not only did they fix the problem but they went out of their way to make sure it doesn't happen again! (Mice, wires. You know.) Please, PLEASE! If you are in their service area, do yourself a favor and use them! In fact, I wrote "Use them" on

I’m a contractor so I’m always particular about another contractor doing work at my home. With that being said, I had the best experience with VIP...they were clean, neat and on time. This was the most important to my wife who is very hard to please (trust me on that!) My air conditioner is working better than ever and for 5 years now they have come to service my heat and a/c. They are the nicest people and go above and beyond! I recommend them and assure you that you will recommend them too!!

VIP is my go to HVAC company. They did a very nice and clean install of my heat pump. They even came back and changed 2 shrader valves on my unit when they came to replace my neighbors valves. No call, no appointment, they just changed mine while they were in the same neighborhood. Their service techs are top-notch.

What a great experience. We've used them before and they never fail to exceed expectations. Our blower motor on our furnace was sounding rough. Glen came and listened to it and knew exactly what was wrong. Unfortunately it had to be replaced but he not only replaced only it (any nothing else to try and drive up the cost) but he also showed us the part and where it was breaking. He also gave great advice for us to keep the house more comfortable! We'll be calling them again when we need their services.

VIP maintained my heating and cooling system for 11 years. I ordered a new heating and cooling system this summer. They installed it in June. The system works but the installer said he would return to finish several minor items. Despite repeated calls to their office and to his cell, they never returned for the service nor returned my call. Their office phone was clearly being handled by an answering service. Then I discovered that they never filed the required permit for the work. I thought they had gone out of business but when the township called them they did respond and I later heard multiple

The technicians that installed a condensation pump for my humidifier drain provided perfect customer service. They called to confirm the arrival time for the appointment. They arrived when they said they would. They left the work space spotless. Plus, their first service call here was during a holiday week and I was given a same day appointment. I highly recommend them.
