Never returned portion of the vacated storage fee, after that no reply from owner, other than that the storage unit served its purpose, good value for storage unit, strong roll up door, not intended for storage of high value items or articles that you value, some water damage due to heavy winter rains near the front suggestion use plastic covering and place items as far as possible roll-up door.

DO NOT rent space here. They will pretend to not get your notification of vacating and continue to charge you. It is true what previous reviewer wrote; there is no security there, but that is not the issue, they do not return phone calls, emails or direct emails to the owner via their website. They don't appear to care to offer great service, just there to take your money for the storage units.
Very bad business practices in my opinion as I am a local business owner myself. I will make sure to let everyone that comes into my place of business not to rent any space from them. I had to end up disputing

These people are crooks! Do not rent storage from them! I called this company about renting an RV storage space. Drove there and looked at the space and decided there was not enough (i.e. no) security and talked to the owner and he said he would refund my initial deposit and cancel the automatic payment I set up. He never did. Called and talked to him and their phone service repeatedly and was assured that the initial deposit would be refunded. Did not happen. Then I was charged for a month through the automatic payment that I set up initially! Called again and was assured that the automatic payment

I have rented from MVS on two separate occasions over the past 5 years. They are very friendly people. If they show up at the units while i'm there, they always greet me by name. The area is always well kept and they are always improving the appearance. Before I had the new easy-lift roll up door, one of the springs on the garage door wasnt working properly. I notified them and they had it repaired the very same day, The web site is so convenient. It has all your acct info at a glance. You know how much you owe and when payment is due. You can even pay it on line. I highly recommend MVS, a family

Ive got to know the owners on a personal level...what an incredible family. They're truly honest caring people. Their prices are reasonable and the grounds are always clean. They're continually making upgrades not only to the units, but, also to the web site. Niice family owned business with good family values.
