My garage door ran off track and had some other issues. I called Cox and they sent Wayne out the following day. I can’t say enough about how positive the experience was, and how good of a tech Wayne was. He moved with a purpose , and fixed several issues with my door that another company had done a poor install job. Cox and Wayne did an amazing job and i highly recommend them.

My garage door opener quit working after a recent power outage due to a heavy storm. Instead of coming to my house and charging me a service fee, the individual on the phone at Cox Door Company walked me through a couple options which may have caused the problem. Luckily, his recommendation was correct and my garage door began working after he advised me.

If I ever have another garage door opener problem, I'll be sure to use Cox Door Company.

Had Cox repair our garage door back a couple months ago. Called to get an estimate and received one immediately, and the technician arrived just a couple days later. Super friendly, explained our issue and had it resolved in less than 15 minutes. Best part, our specific repair was cheaper than expected. My husband and I called them to get an estimate on a garage door. It took them 2 months to come out to look at what we wanted. then it took an additional 6 months to get a half butt estimate. when we tried to contact them to try to figure out what the estimate meant they never got back to us still to this date! I really hope Jim Brown doesn't treat all his customers like this it has been a year and a half now he came with no materials (books for us to see the different products. I'm unimpressed with their salesmanship, company, reply time, ect... Be cautious when dealing with Cox Doors

My garage door basically fell apart in two places! I called Cox Door due to their BBB A+ rating. A service man came out within 3 hours. He was very well organized, pleasant and did a good job. I will call them again if necessary and urge you to do so as well.
