Our large garage door was totally off track. Had a Technician from a different company come out to repair the door, but he determined he could not repair the door and it would take 3 techs to complete the repair. Precision sent out Robbie Stroud for the service call. He was able to repair the broken and complete a service on the other door that included replacing the springs and all roles on both doors. Both doors are quite and run much smoother. Robbie completed the work within 1-2 hours. He was professional and took care to explain the entire service process. I would strongly recommend Precision

Walker arrived before our schedule time and called to let me know he had a cancellation. He reviewed the damage to my garage and explained in detail what needed to be done. He reached out to Scott for confirmation on a particular detail on the repair. Walker left and returned promptly and fixed the issue. I would not have been able to drive my car out and he was sensitive to that. Precision is 2 for 2! I just need to stop ppl from backing into my garage! Thanks Walker and Scott!

Had a broken spring that occured around 7pm. Called Precision Overhead Garage Door
and they provided a service window from 8 to 10 am for the next morning! Robbie showed up at 800 am promptly! Went over safety check and gave three options of repair. We agreed on an option and he was done within an hour. Will use this company again. Would highly recommend this company.

The technician called and arrived just as he said he would and listened to me as I explained the problem that I was having with my garage door opener. He then quickly found and resolved the problem. He also pointed out some rollers on the door had been installed incorrectly and fixed them for us. Overall I am was throughly impressed with Matt's professionalism. He took the time to explain to me about the issues that we were having with our 26 year old door and gave us options for replacing it if we so choose to. In the end I would like to say GREAT JOB Matt 👏 we will be replacing our door and

Wonderful people to work with both on the phone and in person. I asked several companies for quotes on replacing my garage door and Precision was the only company that actually wanted to come my home to ensure I got the door I needed and to get what I actually wanted. Had two visits from Precision. First was a motor (and all the mechanisms) replacement and ordered a new door. Second was door installation a few months later (slow shipping is usual these days).
Both appointments were great. Confirmation day before, texts with ETA that morning, quick smooth completion and I am happy with the end result.
Thanks to all the guys that did the work. I sure appreciate being able to call and have things repaired properly.

Spring on my garage door broke late at night. Called the 24 hour number and spoke with someone who setup and appointment for me the next afternoon. The spring on my door was proprietary and could not be fixed by Precision. The tech ended up replacing my system with something more standard. He replaced all of the rollers, cleaned the whole track system, and balanced my door perfectly. I don’t know if the door has ever been balanced perfectly before because it runs smooth as silk now and is much more quiet. The new system came with a great warranty so any breakage in the future is basically covered
