Regal Pool and Design was created in 2008 by owner Josh Buzzell to offer premier pool and outdoor living design and construction services to homeowners in The Woodlands, Texas. Partnering with co-founder Edwin Escobar, Regal gained extra industry knowledge to offer the ultimate blend of construction expertise with the best in customer service.

We had three different pool companies come out, but Regal Pools really listened to our design idea and captured every single detail. Carlos provided the design, and Shawn implemented and oversaw the construction with meticulous attention to detail. Shawn was extremely communicative, and kept us informed of each step, even meeting with us on multiple occasions. I highly recommend Regal Pools.

First, let me say that I am a very satisfied owner of a pool built by Regal Pools three years ago. They performed on time, on budget , and delivered as promised a beautiful backyard pool and living area. My current issue is from the pool service specifically related to my pool heater that was damaged from this year's freeze. I had a signed contract from April with a price from them to replace the heater. Now in October it has finally come in and they send me a price increase of $ 400.,00. I was told they were not going to sell them below their cost. My issue is no communication on a

Fighting weather and every other issue in the world today, they came through and completed our Amazing pool on time and with great detail. They were attentive to our requests, consistently communicated with us and made everything perfect. Even better than imagined! I would highly recommend them to everyone!

We are very happy with the pool we recently had installed. Dustin was our project manager and he was professional, polite, knowledgeable and responded very quickly to any questions or concerns we had. They told us our pool would be ready in 10-12 weeks and I do believe we came in under that timeline. We are very happy with the final results. For the design part we worked with Chase and he also was very professional and did a great job helping us tie all our materials together. Thank you Dustin, Chase and Regal Pools.

I'm replacing my original review with this because I've had some warranty repairs that have gone well. I have to give credit where credit is due. I had a pool light fail, and Regal was quick to respond and schedule the repair. I had a pool pump fail and Regal was quick to schedule repairs and get it done.
So at the 18 month mark in pool ownership I can honestly say Regal runs a good warranty department, they really excel at taking care of your pool after the build

My family and I have recently closed on our new home where we always knew we wanted to put in a pool since we built one at our last home. We had multiple bids from very reputable builders within the area, but Regal stood out among the pack. They were quick on response to setup an appointment that fit our schedule best. Upon meeting with Jesus, our designer, we immediately felt his knowledge but most importantly, he tuned into what we were telling him we wanted in our dream backyard. Worse service ever! We had our pool built through them and not long after there's a leak.... they refuse to accept the fact that there's a leak and keep giving me the round abouts. I did my research before picking a pool builder but I am highly disappointed in selecting them.... ithere is water constantly coming out from the pool but they keep on insisting that it's normal! My backyard is still a mess and it is far from being paradise.

I called and they told me they would come out and charge
me $175 to review the problem. I asked if this was how they
treated their existing customers? They didnt care
I told them they were "price gouging"
Anyway, called my neighbors guy who came out for $100
and applied that to the service he gave me. He soon got
my pump up and running.
I wont be using Regal Pools anymore going forward!

We had over 50 pool bids in 2 years and ultimately decided on Regal pools Bc of personal references and constant reviews of how detail oriented they were. They were certainty not the cheapest and in fact 1 of the most expensive, but we came to the conclusion that " you get what you pay for "

We realized Regal pools design was original and modern like we envisioned. Jesus Parra did a fantastic job with design and dealing with our idiosyncrasies... 😂😂
Our construction manager was Shawn Bryant. He was very professional and personable...

Regal pools did an excellent job at designing our pool. I was recommended by my father in law who has a pool built by Regal and absolutely loves it. Chase showed up on time and listened to what we wanted. He has been very helpful in providing feedback and giving us great ideas. They have really taken over and made this process as easy as possible. Highly recommend!!!

Regal is by far the most easy going company to work with. The entire team was incredible and uplifting! Just a shout out to a few (there is too many to mention) Josh and Edwin, the owners, Carlos in design, Cierra in the office, PJ in Project management, and Colton for the final photo shoots. I cannot brag on this team enough. You would be outside your mind to work with anyone else but Regal!!! I understand why they are labeled as the best builder in Houston!

Regal has been an exceptional company to work with in designing and building our pool. Our designer, Keith, first met with us at our house to talk through the vision we had to transform our backyard. Keith was a great designer and a great representative for Regal. He was knowledgeable on everything we needed to know and made us feel comfortable and confident in the Regal experience; answering plenty of questions along the way. Keith was spot on in the design and was quick to incorporate any changes we had.

Recently had our patio and pool remodeled. Regal pools was very fair with us, and the project turned out beautiful. Our project Manager, Riley was always responsive and took care of business. I could contact him day or night with questions and he always answered. I would give Riley an A+++. And would highly recommend Regal Pools!

Regal did an excellent job on our pool remodel. We started the design with Corey who was excellent in understanding what we wanted and making suggestions on how to make it look great.
Once that was done Riley took over as construction manager. I can't say enough about how great he was to work with. He was on the job every day to make sure it was being done properly. If we had ANY issues large or small he immediately made sure it was taken care of to our liking. We couldn't have asked for more. He never once acted put out or upset. Always hard working with a fantastic attitude.

It's apparent in Regal's actions that their customers are their top priority! They respond to any request, big or small, exactly the same and bend over backwards to make people's vision for a Pool their reality!
There's nothing negative I could say about them. I've been lucky to work with them over the past 6 years and they treat others the way they'd like to be treated. It's not always the case these days.

Regal Pools came highly recommend, and they do a great job of marketing...but it stops there!! You might think twice if you're an "entry level" buyer as they don't have much interest in "closing the deal" with the $50k-$60k projects. I had a difficult time getting a response either through direct contact via website or through direct designer contact (Carlos Bustamante).
