Cathleen with Houston Cool Pools is awesome. In a day when integrity and character doesn't seem to be a virtue...Cathleen exhibited both in dealing with me. As a video marketing company, part of my job is to learn how a business operates (customer service, attention to detail, etc.) so I can create a video that conveys their message correctly. Meeting Mike Lopez and his team, seeing how their company works and learning how much is involved in pool construction... I was blown away by how Houston Cool Pools operates. There are so many "moving parts" to building a pool and Houston Cool Pools has systems in place and a team of highly trained and qualified people to deal with all of it. We had the most wonderful experience building our pool with Houston Cool Pools! From design with Mike C to the build with Miguel and quality assurance with owner, Mike Lopez, along the way. Everything was a breeze! The crews were courteous and professional, they cleaned between steps and treated our property with respect. They exceeded my expectations and completed the job on time with quick responses to any of my questions. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking!

My wife and I chose HCP from several suggestions from co-workers and personal interviews. This is our first pool and we wanted to get it right from a quality standpoint and value. Since we were new to this there were a few changes made along the way, but each time it was effortless. Mike C, Mike L, and of course Miguel and their teams of contractors made the vision come to life. We're very happy with the final product and have already spent countless hours enjoying and learning about our pool and will for many years to come.

Excellent service. You know what you will get from the get go. No surprises. John was enthusiastic and knows his pool designs. Worked with us on what we wanted considering budget. Miguel, during the construction process was there all the way. I am a perfectionist and keep asking questions and Miguel was very patient with us. If there is a mistake during the construction process it will be corrected to reflect what we agreed from a design point of view. The owner Mike also very attentive and there throughout the process. My husband and I chose Houston Cool Pools because of Mike Lopez, the owner, who visited our house on a cold rainy day right after Christmas when everyone else was telling us they were on vacation. The dedication spoke volumes immediately. Mike was honest, thoughtful and straightforward without ever overshooting our budget at any point throughout the quoting process or construction. The project was a huge success and we are very happy pool owners. They took care of everything from design, permitting, construction and follow-up and never once did we ever have a less-than-positive feeling.
Their follow up after the pool was installed has been very thorough. Matt came by and did our "pool school" training and spent about an hour teaching us how to maintain our beautiful new pool.

We looked at 3 companies to build a pool in our backyard. John, at Houston Cool Pools, along with Mike, Veronica and staff far exceeded our expectations. One other company was good, and the other company spent little time at our home and then took too long to get back to us. John spent almost 2 hours at our home on his 1st visit; and he helped us realize we could have much larger pool than we thought possible. He took all kinds of measurements then went and designed a beautiful workable pool/hot tub, which met our families needs and desires. No other company took the time to consider all the challenges
