We were expecting our first child the same time the house was scheduled to be finished. John was so accommodating to this that he came out ahead of schedule just so we could be moved in before the baby arrived. The process was very enjoyable - from start to finish. John made it quite easy for us. He had everything laid out along the way, and told us everything we needed to do at the right time.
At John Hill Construction, we work with you to develop solutions that incorporate your ideas and stay within your budget. Provide a rough estimate of home construction and site development costs based on other recent similar projects. A design service agreement is initiated as well as the selection of an Architect/Designer and Engineer if needed.

Is zero an option for a review? I’ve given one review in my life and it was due to an incredibly positive experience (5 stars)....vastly different experience here. Unless you’re a man or have a husband to talk “man to man” don’t work with this company. Don’t buy into the “fixed pricing” bc it jumped over 50%. They removed items from the plans without disclosing it upfront. We wasted 3 months working with this company only to find out the plans they “hand over” are not “not correct”. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone I know. So incredibly unprofessional. They will bombard

John Hill totally renovated my Loveland condo shortly after I bought it, but while I was still living in New York City. The first time I stepped into the work-in-progress I knew I had picked the right firm and I could relax from there out – the craftsmanship was outstanding. They are superb builders, great communicators, understand your wants and needs, work within your budget and go the extra mile. I was able to check in daily on the Buildertrend app to see the schedule and photos of work done. John and his crew finished the work a week before my scheduled move. The results are superb.
