It encompasses the design and construction phases of the project together under one contract. By overlapping these phases these types of projects will often have its challenges but typically lead to a shorter project completion and reduced cost. Design-Build projects allow you to have a single point of contact.
You guys are the best. I will be in touch about pulling the downstairs carpet up. They couldn't get over how beautiful it was particularly the ones that saw it at the beginning. I got a ton of comments on the master bathroom, the woodwork (the wainscot in the dining room and the mantle were favorites) and I know you're going to love this - the farmhouse sink.
