They have turned into the most unreliable plumbing service I’ve experienced anywhere. I probably spent nearly $4,000 in plumbing services with them, but I won’t have my time treated with such disregard any longer. I am a part-time resident in Naples and about a year ago, I needed a water softener installed. I called for an estimate, they gave me one, and I set up a day for them to come and install. On the day of the appt, I’m waiting all morning for them to come—no one shows. I call the office and they say that they can’t come today because of an “emergency.” Would have been nice

We had a shower valve that needed to be installed, so we called Marco Plumbing. We didn't realize it at the time, but they sent a Handyman instead of a Certified, Licensed Plumber to do the job. He finished the job, charged over $200/hr for the work, then told us he was only a handyman, not a plumber. Worst part was that I was going to finish installing the shower head and control handle and trim, but when I went to do so, I recognized that the control valve had not been installed properly, so I couldn't finish the work myself. I had a broken water pipe in my house and I called Marco Plumbing. They came to look at the situation at 8:00 PM. And they said they can fix it. Because, my home was a vacation rental, I had guests coming in 3 days. They said they can do it. And guess what. job well done and unbelievable great workers. I definitely would recommend them again.
