In one picture you can see a large commercial water heater that was installed in a club house here in Naples by Mr. Summers. This water heater took 4 men to lift up and into an emergency drain pan.

Ron was working at our neighbor's property and I asked him to stop by to look at a couple of plumbing issues we had.
He was friendly, professional and very helpful in explaining the issues we were having. Ron fixed them on the spot for a very reasonable fee and identified another major issue that we had (but didn't hard sell us on getting it fixed). Outstanding tradesman, will be our go-to whenever we need his services in the future.

Called for repair of nonfunctional shower faucets. Talked directly to Ron who came out within an hour. Very courteous and polite. He was able to fix the faucets that 2 plumbers had not been able to fix despite multiple visits in a few hours. Left the site clean. Great job and will use his services again.

Ron was recommended by a friend of ours. I called, made an appointment for him to install our a new water heater. While he was here I showed him our toilet bowls that had been running. He went to Lowe’s, picked up the pieces needed and repaired them as well. . He arrived on time, fixed the problem. He is professional, friendly and dependable.

We have been using Ron Summers' services for years. He has always been quick to respond in an emergency. He is very communicative before and during a repair or installation. He is respectful and cleans up after his work, leaving the worksite neat and tidy. His rates are very reasonable. It's all good. We had a poor experience with Summers plumbing today. Ron arrived in the morning to help resolve some plumbing issues we had. The moment he arrived Ron was dismissive and very abrasive. He worked for 2 hours and 45 minutes and then announced he had to leave and come back to finish the job but before he left he demanded that we pay him $600. He returned an hour later to finish the job, which at that time I asked if he could give me an estimated cost for completion. He said it would be over a $1000 or more. This was not a big job to complete so when I asked him why he's charging me so much he

I should have written this a week ago but, I was ill and then I forgot. A week a half ago, on Friday night, water was coming up near the meter. Water company came out said leak was on my side of the meter, I'd have to repair it myself. We shut the water off. On Saturday morning, I called Summers Plumbing and spoke with Ron. Explained the situation; he said he'd had one call ahead of me, he'd be here in approximately 2 hours. He arrived in an hour and a half. He fixed the leak in a half an hour. Our kitchen sink was backing up on Friday night and Saturday morning. We had guests in town and couldn't get through the weekend without the sink working properly. Contacted several other plumbing companies and received an answering machine with a message that they are closed on Saturdays and call again during business hours. When I called Ron, he answered right away and was at our home within a couple of hours after he finished another job. Our water heater went out on a Saturday afternoon yesterday. Certainly did not want to face the possibility of no hot water throughout the rest of the weekend. Called Ron at Summers Plumbing as per a recommendation from a friend. Reached Ron right before 5 p.m. as he was finishing up a job. He was out at the house within 2 hours and he fixed the faulty hot water heater by 8pm. I was so appreciative for the quick service. He was also very courteous and informative and explained the problem thoroughly.

I called Summers Plumbing at random and it must have been my lucky day. Usually you call a plumbing company and get sent an employee with little experience. With Summers Plumbing you get the owner Ron. Ron is a master plumber with decades of high level experience in both residential and commercial plumbing. I would venture to say that there is little that he has not dealt with numerous times in his work history. I called because the pipes in the wall behind my toilet started to rattle and make a loud noise whenever you flushed. Ron not only sounded confident on the phone that he could handle
