Up Front Rates: Some Handyman Services advertise discounts but choose not to tell you what your rates are so there is no way of knowing if you are really getting that discount.

We had a fantastic experience with John!, he was on time, professional and quoted a fair price. John completed the work in a timely manner, even finished ahead of the original quoted time and cleaned up each area afterwards. It goes without saying that we would use John in the future and that we would absolutely recommend him and his services.

We have been having John Speck do many, many small projects since we moved into our home three years ago. He has installed lights and fans, changed all our door and cabinet hardware, installed several faucets, rebuilt sections of our fence, updated all our electrical outlets and switches, changed cabinet door hinges to be "hidden" and many things I'm sure I can't remember! We are so glad to have found someone we trust, who can do so many things well and who is a nice guy too. Now when anything goes wrong around the house or the list of little things gets long, we always say "Better call John".

John was an absolute pleasure to have in my new home.He installed 3 separate articulating TV mounts by himself and lifted the 65 inch television ((again, by himself) to place it on the mount over my fireplace.. His rates were a great bargain for the quality work that he did for me. Highly recommend him and I will be utilizing his services again for other projects.

John at Sanclementehandyman rebuilt our lower kitchen cabinets and installed them, all while the existing counter top was still in place! Quite hard to do, and John only took 1 day to complete the project. His ability to accomplish this meant we did not have to demolish the original counter top, bringing the cost and time to repair down to a minimum. We would recommend John to anyone who needs a quality job done at really reasonable prices. Thanks again John for the great quality work you did!
