Gary Stellitano has been working in the heating and air conditioning trade since he was 17, honing his craft through hands-on experience and problem solving. Gary and his wife, Sharyn, eventually decided it was time to start their own company, and Stellitano Heating & Air Conditioning was established.
We have technicians in the field and a business manager in the office, but no salespeople. Stellitano Heating and Air Conditioning employees are paid to do what's right for the customer, not hit sales goals. All estimates are prepared by owner Gary Stellitano or lead technician Jeffrey Geiges, who have a combined 60-plus years of experience.
We believe employee loyalty drives customer loyalty. Most of our technicians are long-term employees, some of whom have been with us for 10+ years. We treat our employees well because we value what they bring to the table - and so do our customers. We're always look for technicians who are dedicated to the trade and share our passion for serving the local community with honesty and integrity.
Stellitano Heating and Air Conditioning is a member of a number of trade organizations that allow us to stay up to date on the latest products, certifications, construction codes, regulations, and pending legislation. These affiliations also provide a platform for collaboration with other industry professionals so we can discuss common problems faced by customers and how to address them.

I woke up (1-9-21) Saturday morning with no heat.(tried the reset button....nothing) I called when they opened and was put on the schedule. Told the service tech would be there between 1:00 and 3:00. He called from the driveway at 1:03....Went right to work and figured out what the problem was.....fixed it right away. Very prompt, courteous, and exceptionally clean.....Wonderful job. We replaced both our furnace and ac, and the entire Stellitano team was wonderful!
Sharyn and the office staff did a great job clearly laying out the proposal and addressing each of our questions in a timely manner. Jeff did a great job during the sales process with clearly and simply providing recommendations and feedback to our questions. Ian and team did a great job during installation. They kept us informed of everything and happily addressed each of our questions during the install. Ian also did a great job with the final walk through- again, clearly and simply. We recently used Stellitano for the installation of a split unit in an addition to our home. They recommended we do this instead of tapping into our existing system. It was absolutely the right decision as it allows us to use this room comfortably whether it’s 20 or 95 degrees outside. Everyone we dealt with was professional and responsive. The entire process from estimate to installation was seamless. We would not hesitate to use Stellitano in the future whether it’s for routine maintenance or the installation of new equipment.
