Family is truly the heart of this husband and wife-built business. Together, Mark and Kelly Jooma have built and sold countless homes to clients that have quickly become lifelong friends. Our custom home process is unique, in that our partnership does not end once the keys are handed over. We are here to support our clients for life.

Mark began his construction career in 2001, building luxury homes in Atlanta, GA. As his business began to grow, he found that the new construction market was lacking homes that were functional for families. It was then that he decided to move his building projects to the Chattanooga area and provide luxury new construction to the families of East Tennessee by founding K&M Homes.

There son and future daughter in law scammed my nephew out of a computer part that cost him 2500$, the boy said he would make it right and then blocked my nephew. Do not do business here.

Rented a house from these builders in the LAKES AT STANDIFER subdivision. It was brand new at the time, but was SO poorly built. Where to begin? First the sewage pump backed up and literally spewed sewage all over our front yard. The paint was so thin and cheap, a fingernail scratch would leave a visible mark. Towel rack in the master bath fell right off the wall, toilet paper holder in master bath wasn't screwed in all the way it, too, fell off the wall. The door frame in the master bath was a good 1/2" off the floor. The hardwood floors were already squeaking and you could feel it
