Gus has been building custom homes for over 20 years. Having grown up in the construction industry, he has had a wide range of experience including projects for shopping complexes, restaurants, strip malls and office complexes. What makes G.T. We are currently finishing our exclusive Design Center project! Through our Design Center, customers are able to select and truly customize a wide variety of features for their homes. Ranging from exterior selections to intricate interior details, our Design Center is the hub for creating the unique look that you want in your home.
Since the fall of 2012, we have been partners with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital through participating in the Chattanooga St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway. Being partners with such an amazing organization and getting to help their efforts by working with the community always brings a smile to our faces.
Emily Smith, design coordinator at GT Issa construction helped us in every stage of designing our beautiful home. From picking out colors, material, lighting, cabinets, countertops, etc. Thanks to her guidance we have a beautiful, comfortable home that reflects our style. The site supervisor, Tracy Smith worked with us through every step of the construction.
