Absolutely worst customer service experience in a long time. Passive aggressive office staff that makes their customers wait outside in the weather due to COVID but not a mask in the building. Will promptly be switching all our business to Canady’s.

Called for ants on the outside and a German roach problem in house. Took care of ants outside successfully. When it came to the German roaches the technician wanted to tell my wife she was wrong and did not know what she was talking about. I called and was told we were wrong so I took pictures of them in traps. Was then told they could come back for 50$. Never apologized or offered any kind of anything for their lack of effort to do the right thing for the customer. What of company refuses business? All I ask is for businesses to do there best.

I had the best service and experience with Aberdeen Exterminating Co. Art's crew did a great job of encapsulating our basement. We had some water issues in our crawl space and his team came out and gave a thoughtful and thorough plan. Their price was very completive and we were extremely happy with the final product. I highly recommend Aberdeen Exterminating Co.

We’ve used Aberdeen Exterminating for three years. Until recently they provided excellent service. No complaints and no bugs. After merging with Rent-to-Kill they changed the treatment process. They now only treat outdoors. We had a treatment a month ago, but had recently killed 4 millipedes and some spiders indoors, so we called for retreatment. We hadn’t had a problem before and they always said to call if we had a problem. I called. She told me to go to Lowe’s and get Sevin dust and treat outdoors myself. She said the chemical they used wasn’t effective for that. So, what am I paying

I still have bugs 2 weeks later but I'm sure it's of no fault to them..The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because he didn't spray next to the bed..But than again my husband was sitting there. good service

This company is just awesome. They operate like a Swiss watch, always on time with notices, inspections and more. Customer service is impeccable and makes communication so easy. They have it together and most certainly a pleasure to do business with them.
