Kendal Air Heating & Cooling is a HVAC company located in Union County, NC. You've checked the thermostat's setting to make sure it's on the correct mode. Then checked the thermostat to see what degree you set the temperature on and what the current room temperature is and it doesn't match. The furnace still isn't producing enough heat or the Air Conditioner is not cooling off the room.
Conventional central air conditioners use a single air handler, blower and evaporator coil, which is usually installed in a garage or equipment closet. Ductless indoor units include a fan and evaporator coil in the same enclosure. Each unit provides point of use air conditioning wherever it is installed.

Kendal Air and Heating did great work on my HVAC system. Replaced coils in upstairs and later downstairs units. Best contractor for this type of work I've ever dealt with by far. Honest, prompt, great value. Used them at home and at business. Rare to find HVAC vendors who are not constantly trying to sale you on full system replacement, expensive service contracts, etc. Just great honest service. Highly recommend. A+++

Since we've moved to Indian Trail we've used Kendall Air - and we'll continue to do so. From Matt coming out on a cold Sunday when we first purchased our home to Jeremy coming out today, on a Saturday when its pushing 90 degrees, they have been nothing short of fantastic.
Jeremy walked me through what was happening with the AC then fixed it, explaining what was replaced and what it took to do so. Matt did the same last year and I really value the transparency.

They have won my business for life! I called on Sunday (which they were closed from doing field work but answered the phone anyway), and they scheduled a tech for Monday AM. We had been without A/C all weekend, with outside temps in 90s and inside temp as hot. I am always hesitant to write reviews in case first impression is not a good indicator of the full package, but these guys are on spot, honest, and so great to work with. Our tech (Mike who is an A+) did not leave until I was getting cool air! I would highly recommend them!!!
