We had a small flood upstairs and needed to have our carpets cleaned. Jared came over to our home promptly at the time we agreed upon. He was very professional and attentive to what we were looking for. He laid down padding on our hardwood floors to prevent any damage from his cleaning hoses. We had an allotted amount that was to be paid to him from our insurance. He cleaned the affected areas and then proceeded to clean other high traffic areas as well. He said that he had not given us our money's worth and continued to clean until he felt we got what we paid for. He ended up doing several
