Great place to get all of your heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical needs met rather it's sales, service, install they do it all including boilers both steam and hot water, Geo thermal and fuel oil-fired furnaces which alot of companies won't work on them cause these are skills not taught in trade schools. They are experienced and extremely knowledgeable and exceptionally friendly from the technicians to the office personnel. I could go on all day about this place but I think you should check them out yourself. Everybody knows this one I know someone will do it cheaper. But remember you get

This is an outstanding company who goes above and beyond with helping fix all issues around the house. Recently had some water leaking in my basement and also a broken pipe in my basement. I called Albert Services and Stacey answered my questions and got me a same day appointment, which isn't easy to do! Stacey was professional, friendly, and eager to help me...the customer. Brett came out and took a look and fixed everything quickly. Price was… very reasonable as well. I have some electrical issues I'll be calling then with in the very near future. I had lots of questions. Brett was very patient with me and didn't leave until every question was answered. His helper Gary us just as hard working

Had a plumbing issue and Brett and Gary came to my home. They were prompt, professional, fixed my issue, answered all of my endless questions and didn't leave until I understood everything I needed to know. Brett's knowledge is top notch and I can tell he's been in the business for a very long time. I would absolutely recommend Albert Services! Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality
I got a nasty call from the office manager whom then canceled my appointment all because they were 2 hours late. Its so ridiculous thats it laughable. I wasn't even disrespectful when they called. I just mentioned I'd keep it in mind for future appointments. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'm surprised they still get business. What a joke of a businesses.

If you have a problem, call these guys! I had a huge plumbing issue and furnace as well. Stacey at the office was great. She was prompt and professional and got me on the schedule quickly. Randy came out, on CHRISTMAS EVE, along with Isaac and they took great care of me. Call these guys when you need something! A one stop shop with heating, plumbing, and electric!

We got taken for a ride - we were extremely overcharged for a service that’s half the cost everywhere else in town. We were told what the issue was but they didn’t have the proper equipment to complete the work so they told my husband to go to Home Depot and pick up the part and do it himself.
We now have to pay someone else to come and complete the work and be recharged for an inspection because they “don’t trust Albert Services either”. Shop around, don’t waste your money here.

Awesome experience! Lisa was great-she was able to get a technician out to our house very last minute notice. Randy was very courteous and knowledgeable. He replaced our water heater in record time! Gave us a lot of good advice and info.
We appreciate it greatly, for making time for us so last-minute! We definitely found our new plumber/HVAC/electrician for all our future needs!!

When our water heater stopped, we called Problem Solvers because they had serviced the water heater previously. I was promptly scheduled and Aaron, who was the technician dispatched to our home, remembered that he had been here previously. He had everything he needed to replace the water heater but expressed concern about the condition of the chimney that the water heater and the furnace fumes went into. The chimney exterior was crumbly and there were holes in the masonry and what appeared to be a next of some sort. He was surprised we hadn't had health issues with possible higher than normal levels

We loved the experience with problem solvers llc. Prior to making the appointment, the staff members sent a picture of who'll be coming to the door so you'd know what the employee member looked like before they came in. This is important since security is valuable to my wife an me.
When the staff member arrived, he found the root problem of our sink and pointed out the water pressure problem that was causing a lot of the plumbing problems in our house.
All in all, a great experience.

The Problem Solvers have great service all around. They typically get you scheduled to get the work done quickly. All technicians we have experience with have been professional and friendly. They always take care in cleaning up after the job is done. All quotes are up-front flat rate pricing, never any hidden fees. We have called them for all of our plumbing, and heating/cooling needs for the past 10 years. Excellent company, excellent work, excellent service. Hands down the best.
