Allen was great; he obviously knew what he was doing. He explained to me what he was doing and why, explained what the issue was, and discussed with me other potential issues and solutions I might pursue in the future. I'd had another plumber out from a chain company a few days prior and he'd tried a single solution to the problem and when it failed he gave up and then tried to charge me for it. Allen tried the same solution but when it failed he realized it was a bit of a red herring caused by something else entirely and was able to find the and fix the actual issue. Allen was friendly, competent

After not receiving a return phone call from two other plumbers, Absolute Plumbing was recommended by our maintenance mgr. Allen was very responsive. He came right over to my place for an assesment/diagnosis and had my new water heater installed the next afternoon. I had an issue with my main drain that I initially had called another plumber to come fix. After waiting hours for the other guy, my husband pressed me to call someone else so that we could get it fixed before the end of the day on Friday and wouldn't be forced to pay weekend prices. When I reached Allen at 4pm, he was actually on his way to another job but said he would fit us in before the end of the day. Ten minutes later he called me and said he had spoken with his last customer and they were okay with waiting a short while so he could come snake our drain. He was cordial, polite and respectful

Allen does a great job. He's very professional and fairly priced. He takes time to explain things. He recently installed a new dishwasher for us. When it didn't work properly, due to a manufacturer defect, he spent about 30 minutes troubleshooting and didn't charge us for that time! Any plumbing jobs we have, we'll call Absolute Plumbing!

They have the best prices in the Dayton area and definitely under-charge for the exceptional work they provide.
