Customer service was great, even the plumber was a pretty friendly guy lol! Affordable as hell And they will always have my business! Roto Rooter charged us twice as much all though I understand why, it's because they have a flat rate fee and don't pay employees hourly but even still, it would've been nice to have found a place more affordable and that was our mistake for not checking with All Drain first!

We have had problems with our main drain backing up over the last two years, but we are not ready to replace it yet. Imagine my dismay when over the weekend, 1 week before Christmas, there is water backed up into the shower. I immediately think it was the main drain again. We had to have it hydro jetted the year prior, which is not a cheap service, being an average of $600. I called All Drain on Monday afternoon and they were able to fit us in the same day. They came out and after I explained the problem, they still took their time to trouble shoot the issue, which they found was in fact not our

Charlie and his partner were very professional and helpful. We have spend thousands of dollars over the past couple years to figure out the issue. They found a company who would come out and repair or system and took their time reviewing our system to find out exactly what the problem was that was causing so much trouble over the past couple of years. Great experience all the way around. My master bath shower would not turn off at all. Had to shut down the whole house water. Dave with All Drain was here just more than an hour after my call. That included already stopping and picking up the part he figured he needed. Fixed in about 15 minutes. So in less than 2 hours I was totally back up and running. Fair price and really a very happy customer. Thanks for the professionalism, quick response, and quick fix!

We called All Drain to make some crawlspace pipe repairs that another plumbing company definitely should have caught and corrected during their visit (and boy, we paid way too much to that other company for them to have missed it). All Drain was very transparent with their process, *much* more reasonably priced, and quick with the repair. They even took photos of the issues and the repairs they made so I could see firsthand what was being done. I'm going to recommend this company to anyone who asks. Perfect work.
