Being too busy or not wanting a job is certainly understandable but not responding to repeated attempts for an estimate to where Jim actually came out and took the measurements and face-to-face told me he would have us pricing "soon"... is way past unacceptable when not giving us anything he said except showing up for the appointment which he did do. Things happen and things come up but weeks of not getting a response after numerous attempts through phone calls and texts with Jim... we couldn't be more disappointed with our experience with this company.
