Hired this company through Home Depot. From the start it was lie after lie. When they finally showed up (on the last day of the contract) they did very poor quality work and the lies continued. . At this point we had the work stopped before more damage could be done. Not due to the installation crew but direct orders from the owners who claim to be honest ex military. We eventually had to get the district Home Depot supervisor involved to reimburse us some of the $16,000 we had to pay upfront. Our fence was supposed to be completed at least two months ago but instead is being worked on as I write

Garbage. I held off for a long time giving this review but after so so many non replied sms's, emails and now a complaint to Home Depot about them its time to post something here. The work completed or should I say not completed, i'd give a 6 out of 10. "Tucker" or as we call him 'harry half job' will NEVER get back to when you need him and neither will the owner Chris. The communication of this group is absolutely deplorable. Beyond a joke. Take your money elsewhere even if you are gifted a great price.

We purchased an aluminum, 4 foot high fence with a double gate from Brookview. They had three guys who were subcontracted by them install the fence. The fence came out fine and looks good. I wish I had known how the fence would be installed prior to the work starting. I guess I didn't ask enough questions.
I had envisioned the fence being level across the yard, however they installed the fence with each post 22 inches in the ground. If the ground shift an inch here or five inches there, then the fence does as well. Again, the end results if fine for our needs, but something you might want to make

Company sent two guys out to put up a 4' chain link fence in my backyard. I have to wonder if they'd ever put up chain link before. Not happy at all with the workmanship. Fence is not the correct height, too much chain link over the top rail, uneven and stepped sections. Dangerous for our dog. Supplied pictures of issues to owner - received nothing but lip service. I'm hiring another fencing company to repair Brookview's poor work. Stay away from this bunch.

We were contacted after searching for a fence company on Angie’s list by this company in Summerville, Gabrielle came out right away and went over every detail and question we had for our fence project I told him I needed it all in a contract. He had us order the $2,000 drive gate and we did that day, we also received his quote the same day as well after telling him everything looked great but before paying the $8,200 (fence install) and the $ 2,500 (just for installing driveway gate) we needed a contract with everything we discussed then we can pay the invoice to get our project on the books

The company lived up to their promise of having our vinyl fencing completed within 2 weeks compared to estimates of 6 months by others. The real stars of the show were the installers Nicole and Josh Baker! They did a fantastic job. They were professional, on time and went the extra mile on communicating to us throughout the whole process. They left the space immaculate upon finishing, cleaning up and removing debris and washing down the vinyl. We would highly recommend that you request Nicole and Josh, Five Stars!

What a great experience! I love my new fence from Brookview Fencing. Josh and Nicole were awesome: punctual, professional, super nice people and they killed it! They communicated with me constantly and explained things to me that I hadn't thought of as far as getting in and out of my gate and adjusted accordingly. They even filled in some low spots in my yard with extra dirt! I will definitely recommend Brookview Fencing to everyone.

After many failed attempts to have a repair on my fence, I’m changing my review. It was built last summer and is leaning since we had bad weather in the Fall. My salesman told me if anything at all were to happen to the fence that we could call them but the owner has a totally different story. Great salesmanship though- if you compare them to sly car salesmen. The owner, Chris, gives you the run around and won’t call you back. He says he’s not responsible for “acts of God” -fair enough. I didn’t ask for a free repair. But, he also said he would have someone come repair the fence when

We are very pleased and impressed with the quality and professionalism of Joshua and Nicole who built our fence. They walked through our property discussing any options we had to deal with peculiarities in our lot, and were informative and gracious during the process. They finished each day by thoroughly cleaning up after themselves, leaving the site tidy and safe for my dog and children. The fence is beautiful, and improves both the appearance of my property and my privacy.
