I live in a golf community and hired Colonial for my roof replacement. I must say I'm an extremely upset and disappointed with this company. The workers never finished the job completely, there was trash all over the neighborhood from their workers!! Steer clear of this company. THE OWNER IS A COMPLETE FRAUD!

We are owners of a condo at Lyons Cove in Nokomis. I just want to say how impressed we were with Colonial Roof Inc company. They replaced our roofs two years ago.
We discovered a small leak in our bedroom ceiling which a service man, Jeff, came out probably to find out what the problem was.
He then repaired the problem that same visit!
Would highly recommend.

I was driving in my car with my infant & the road was a merging road the company truck with colonial roofing changed lanes to avoid a merge and as i had to merge the colonial roofing truck sped up and would not allow me to merge and his behavior of driving nearly threw me off the road. He then was yelling and screaming and flicked me off. I was appalled at this behavior so I called the company and notify them about one of their employees driving and provided the truck number and the receptionist behavior was as if I’m bothering her. This company did a roofing job in WIlshire Pines in Naples starting back in May and they still have not finished the work. They left behind trash, equipment, large tanks still sitting in the grass and chunks of foam are still falling off the roof. As you can see by the overgrown grass and the rusted tools these items have been sitting here for over 2 months and it appears they have abandoned their equipment. The property manager said the project manager will not remove the tanks because they still need to come back and finish the job. Whatever the case, I would not recommend this company.

I contacted Colonial Roofing this morning by email to ask if they could remove equipment, tools, and misc. items left behind by their crews sitting in the grassy area and guest parking. I received a reply from their President/C.O.O. who stated he did not know the equipment was still onsite and they would be here today (Friday) to remove the equipment and materials. True to his word they were here by 2 pm and removed everything and it looks some much better now! This is a company that lives up to its motto: "Service, Quality, Integrity"!

This company was recommended to us by a Fiber Tite (Seaman Corp Product) rep. It has been nearly 2 months and they have not finished the job. The excuses are endless. I was told even this week, they would be here and of course everyday came and went and no one showed. Are you spending the crazy money of replacing a tile roof? Do you expect that a professional company will at least come in and do the job in a quick, clean orderly manner. If you do, then I would seriously look elsewhere.
