Based on the findings of the drone survey, ARIS thoroughly inspects and photographs the details of your roof. Digital documentation, including drone video and photographs, are given to every client.
We meet with property managers and insurance adjusters to provide access to steep and tall roofs. With Plus+, our trained technicians will access and digitally document the roof while you remain safely on the ground. We provide independent interior and exterior inspection services with electronic reports for commercial and residential properties.
We provide a complete suite of services that include ladder-assists, drone inspections, and full Xactimate estimates and reports. Our Haag Certified field professionals are experts in both residential and commercial roof inspections. We can tailor a package to meet your underwriting verification needs.
Florida Condominium law requires that boards use an expert for all decisions on maintenance and replacement. Drew helped our condo association sort through several bids for roof repairs which were proposing different fixes at a wide variety of prices. He developed specs for a uniform bidding process which resulted in more extensive repairs being able to be completed at a price for roughly the same price we would have otherwise paid. We had a new roof put on by a reputable roofer in FM and within days we had major issues with leaking and crew issues. Before final payment was made we contacted Drew and he was able to come out to the house with in a day to access our roof. He took over 45 pictures of all the problems of the roof and we had been given a sub par roof which only someone like himself would have been able to figure out. The whole roof had to be redone.
