Emerald Pools

I have had two pools built by Bryan and Emerald pools, including one as recently as this summer 2021. Bryan is a professional from first contact until when your family is enjoying the pool and beyond. Bryan has been selling and building pools here in the Fresno area for several decades and this is obvious when you see his initial design. His care to detail is excellent and follow through is unmatched. When building a pool there are allot of moving parts and your builder is tasked with managing them. This was the worst part of our home buying experience! The pool is ok, but not even close to the renderings, which should be important. We dealt with horrible communication with the owner, Brian. The steps in our pool (which we cannot change now) are so horrible, I am scared to step on. I feel like a person they took on and didn't care about!!!!!! Emphasis on that! The only redemption was the employee, Charlie, whom did all of Brian's after work.

Terrible customer service. Was treated poorly the entire process. Bryan, the owner, would go weeks without returning our phone calls, emails, texts. Seemed like a good person when we hired him, but later showed his true colors. Our pool has been done for a month now, and he still hasn't shown us how to work the equipment, which was in our contract. His sub contractors did sub par work, didn't care about their craftsmanship, just wanted to get paid quick.

I would highly recommend going with a different company to build your pool. It is an important purchase, and don't trust these

Not sure why there are not more 5 star reviews for emerald pools, but had a pool installed last year by them. delivered on everything promised and quoted way below every other pool company. when i asked him why it was so much better he was shocked i was being quoted so high by everyone else. from day one when they started he was in communication with me, answered every question and even accommodated my dogs by providing a fence to keep the area blocked off so they would not get into the area. love my pool to this day, and would highly recommend.

If you are thinking about putting in a pool emerald pools is your company They didn't nickle and dime me to death on the price. They communicated with me the hole time they finished job on time The pool is amazing!!! Highly recommend
