I was referred by friend, I Called and set up appointment he came by noted measured and all said would have something for us in a week, so a week went by but gave it a few more days never called me so I called and said will send bid next day he never sent or called I gave it 1 week called him said he didn't know his assistant or office manager was out that he would have it in a few days. So I called in 2 more weeks and game me another excuse so I just gave up and never got anything. If your pool company and you have to many pools and can't catch up just say it or don't try to take

We contacted Jason of Stingray Pools about a year before we decided to build, to get a quote. He was the only contractor that we contacted that provided a detailed, itemized quote with pictures, along with talking to me in great detail at the time of the quote about the things he would have to do in the yard.
