I have used Craftsmen for my A/C needs for approximately 8 years. I am appalled at 2 of the reviews, as Dan has never been anything BUT PROFESSIONAL every time he has been to my home. He is fair in pricing, labor and parts. He has always gone out of his way to keep my A/C unit running when he easily could have told me it was too old (18 years) and should be replaced. My A/C obviously had something wrong Saturday night. I turned it off and the next morning (Sunday), I placed a call, knowing full well that I would get a recording, but wanted to have my call in so hopefully I would be one of

I agree with Adam B, the owner is a complete A**H***. Ripped the part out of my water heater since he couldn't get payment from my landlord in 5 minutes. He has absolutely no patience and no business owning a company where he has to deal with the public. I will let everyone know about this joke of a company and their so called owner. Social media is pretty powerful.

First, let me just say that this review has absolutely nothing to do with the actual work that they (Dave) provided. In fact, the work was done really efficiently and corrected a pretty big problem. This review is all about everything that happened before and after the work was done.
While on vacation, we found out that our main water meter started leaking pretty heavily, so we needed someone to come out that day. When Dan (I'm assuming the owner) called us back, I told him what was going on, and asked how much it would cost to fix. He told us that it would be somewhere between $200-400.
