From Day one Master plumbing has been on their "A" game. They sent the most professional plumbers to my home and swiftly identified, isolated and eradicated the problem. Elli Phu, the project coordinator, who is kind and communicates well to my emails and phone calls for quotations and scheduling requests.

Brandon was super kind and did great work! I had called another plumber prior to Master Plumbing and the gentlemen that came out were in and out of my house in less than 10 mins yet gave me little information on the leak and source. Brandon came in and did a very thorough inspection notifying me of how and why the leak was happening and was very efficient. Definitely the only plumber and plumbing company i will ever use from now on! Thank you Brandon and Master Plumbing!

Called Master Plumbing after getting a very high quote from Anderson plumbing and a few phone calls and emails with no response from Anderson.
Was able to come that day. Easy to work with, worked with Roberto and Clay. Took the time to explain the situation and possible solutions.
Great work, didn’t have to worry about it or the process. Good communication, punctual, down to earth, just a good set of guys and always able to get a hold of someone in the office. And every time I called the office, got right through, very nice to talk and work with.

We had a leak that two other plumbers couldnt detect. John Gange from Master Plumbing found it fairly quick and repaired the pipes with exceptional workmanship. We have also had these guys repair several other projects done by previous plumbers from other companies. Master plumbing leak detection are masters of their trade and they may be a little more expensive than average but their workmanship and the quality of their service is done at a very high-level. I highly recommend them.

Very bad service. I called them out and they claimed there wasn't a leak but didn't do a full investigation. I called a second company out and they detected it and made plans to fix the problem. I paid $200 for nothing. I was told they would come back out Monday and now its almost Thursday and they have yet to even call me let alone come back out. Would not recommend.

We have been using Master Plumbing for years and all were good until this year. We had a leak in the ceiling. Tony came and detected the leak. Gave us the estimate a bit high for replacing a cartridge for the shower. We were OK with it. He came back the next day, couldn't replace the cartridge after he worked at it for sometimes. He then said it's broken, now he has to replace the valve. The cost would be double. He went out for a break, came back and increased $25 more. We called the office and they said the price is what the technician said. The fix was good. But the pricing was very unprofessional
