Vic's is the most awesome locksmith in Ogden Utah. Sure it's a little bit messy, but Vic's has been business for at least 25 years that is how long I have lived in northern Utah. They are very eager to help and never disappointed me. Must be fun being a legit safe cracker.

Theses guys are quick, in 10 min they where both times hopefully I am past locking myself out of my care then my house. Ha ( human touch).

Called and made an appointment to get my safe moved. The secretary took my information, information confirmed, and the move scheduled. Well needless to say the information was taken incorrectly, and my move never happened. We tried calling multiple times throughout the day, and nobody could connect us to the movers. I had to extend the lease on my rental costing more money, and now I'm paying more with another vendor to get this moved because I simply don't trust this company. Time to update your system folks!

I called a few minutes before closing. He was super friendly and said he would wait. Made replacement keys for me lickety-split. Awesome price. The keys fit perfectly!

Best locksmith in town. The key cost me $5.37 which included tax. The other locksmith down the street wanted $45 and claimed it would take over 1 hour. The time was 5:13 pm. I called Vic’s 15 minutes before they closed with what I needed and they had my key ready before I arrived.

Great service and very helpful!! I walked in and the most wonderful member of the staff came and helped me save a very important lock that was original to the first home my wife and I bought! He was very nice, quick, and informative about the lock. I can honestly say it was a phenomenal experience!!

I have a couple of apartment complexes and have used them for years after having many, many bad experiences elsewhere. I have boxes of bad keys from other places that have not worked I have no bad keys from Vic's. They will come and rekey my locks at short notice and they always work. Their customer service has always been super superior and personally I appreciate that my prices are held down and my shiny new working keys at a reasonable price is of a greater priority to them than a shiny store front; it certainly is to me.

We needed a key cut and we already had a blank. We were on our way to vacation and needed a new motorcycle key. He cut in like 30 seconds and didn't charge us a thing. We will definitely be back. Thank you!!

I've stopped by Vic's a couple of times for odd keys. They haven't had what I have needed on any of my visits. This place is a throwback to about 1976 and what it lacks in cleanliness and organization it makes up for in character.

If you need a key cut, this probably isn't your place. I'm not sure what their specialty is and there isn't much sign of action going on in the place, just a couple people yelling at each other behind the counter about who's job it is to help the customer at the counter. They must have a specialty as Vic's has been here forever

We took a candy machine to have a new lock put on it, 4 months later the work is not done our machine is buried in his shop and vic was unkind! We went on several occasions to pick it up, he never called us even though our number is sitting on the machine, and beat around the bush everytime! Poor customer service, they just don't care about us! Vic's has been around forever and this is the first time I have needed this type of service, I will never go to vic's again!

I definitely recommend Vic's for all locksmith work. I am sure I will use them again.

A couple months ago, I needed a specialty key cut. Nobody else seemed to have the blank, but someone pointed me to Vic's. They cut me two replacement keys on the spot for short money. (By the looks of their shop, there is a good chance that ANYTHING you need is likely to be in stock).

Recently I changed my cleaning service and wanted to re-key my vacation home in Huntsville. This time I called them from the East Coast. They were able to remotely cut keys for the existing locks, then head up to

Early Saturday morning. Locked keys in the car. I was just going down the list of lock smiths. Vic's was the only one that answered.
I felt bad because I woke the guy up. But! He didn't complain he got to my house quickly and took care of the problem. Best of all the price was very reasonable.
My son locked his keys in his car a while back. he used a different service and got screwed. Quoted one price when they got done his price was very different than what was quoted.
Vic's was honest and did the job with integrity.

I've had great service from Vic's on a number of occasions. They are always prompt and it's insane how quickly they can open a locked property and get it re-keyed. Very nice people as well.

They were also able to cut a skeleton key to work in a historic cabinetry set that was in our home. Talented locksmiths.

I went to Vic's a few months back for some help with multiple lock issues. I am giving them this rating because they did a great job and their prices are very reasonable.

The only reason they aren't getting 5 stars, is because the place is an absolute crap hole of a building and I felt like I was going to get jumped the whole entire time I was there. Also, you often have to interrupt their smoke breaks when you need help and you're lucky if they'll even put out their cigs before helping you.
