We were referred to Backus after a local dealer did not have the type of programmable fob we needed to replace. Not only did they have the exact type, but they matched it, programmed it and verified that it works, all in 10 minutes! We did not need to schedule an appointment or leave our vehicle or anything. Didn't want my business and acted like I was a criminal when I presented the key that needed to be copied. I HAD permission to have the copies made. Customer service tip -- maybe assume positive intent rather than immediately acting suspicious. And when explaining the procedure I must use instead, try using real names instead of acronyms that few people know the meaning of. I will take my business elsewhere.
