Very friendly and professional. They were able to come almost immediately which was amazing because I had a cat locked inside that really needed to be fed. There was excellent communication, urgency, and patience. They came when they said they would and they were able to give me a quote over the phone which is exactly how much I ended up paying. Transaction was quick and easy. Unfortunately my door lock was being difficult and couldn’t be picked but they communicated with me and we decided to just replace it. I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing locksmith work. Pricing was better than every other locksmith place I called. They show up on time. Ron is great to work with and provides excellent customer service. When the initial key fob didn’t work he went above and beyond to find another that would work and even dropped it off at my work after programming it so that I still had by the end of the day and could start driving my car again ASAP.

Super easy to set up an appointment. Great communication, called ahead to confirm appointment and then showed up on time. I rekeyed 2 doors and he was quick, efficient and professional! I was very impressed with this company. We were locked out of our truck and called for assistance. Instead of giving us hollow promises, the gentleman told us that we had unfortunately caught them in the middle of a couple of other calls so they would be quite awhile. He then actually recommended a closer locksmith he thought would be able to get to us quicker. He was correct and we got into our truck in no time. Responded quickly with a great quote. The dealer would've required us to tow the vehicle to get a new fob made. This way way more efficient and cost effective.
My son lost his only key fob. David was reliable and great to work with. He was able to come earlier than the scheduled time, since my son got off work early. He unlocked the car and programmed 2 new fobs in about 30min. My son was super impressed with how quickly he was able to "break in". Haha!

These guys were great. I had a semi urgent need to have my locks rekeyed and they were able to get me in in less than 24 hours. They pricing was super straightforward and fair. The technician they sent out was super professional, polite and even fixed one of my sticky locks. Would definitely recommend or use them again.

After a long day of Tour de Brewtah'ing (biking and beering) all over SLC, my $100 Kyptonite bike lock ate the key - it literally broke off inside it. Like... WHAT?!
We were just ending our day and getting ready to bike home around 5pm when this happened. After a mild panic attack (ya know, having a lock that is suppose to be un-break-in-able) I hopped on the Yelp, and immediately pulled up All Hour Locksmith.
