These guys are absolutely awesome!! My wife and I got locked out on our 3rd story balcony. Their technician, Patrick got here in a hurry and was incredibly professional and got us back inside. I will only be using this company from here on out when needed. We will be recommending this company to all our friends and family!

Had a motorcycle ignition key stop turning. Took the cylinder off and dropped it off with these guys. Took them a few hours to get it sorted. Flawless repair, they not only repaired it, but it was pennies compared to other places I called. Very very pleased with the service, the staff and overall the experience. Recommended them to the shop I go to for repairs as well.

I work at a business where the owners hosue was broken into and all his keys were stolen. I called and spoke to a woman who was able to get me pricing and scheduled on a Holiday! When Patrick was headed out he gave me a call. When he got here, he looked over the locks and I told him about the house where I would need him to also visit to re key those locks as well. It took him some time but I am sure alot of work goes into re keying everything. He let me know when he was done- he also fixed my latch without me asking and didnt charge! Anytime I need some new locks or keys - Action is my go to. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I recently needed some new locks as well as a lock keyed to match and a backup vehicle key. They were quick to help me and get all the things I needed on my list. I sent family there a few days later to get a key made for the original trunk lock on a 1950 Dodge. I highly recommend them anytime you need locks, keys or anything related.

Nice enough people, but I hope you aren't in a hurry. Stood around for 15 minutes without an explanation or an ETA.
Then they tested and worked on the key on my car without asking to make sure it was okay, while I waited inside. Not terrible, but *shrug* and they left my window down.
HOWEVER, they are reasonably priced and gave a lock-out key with the computer code embossed on it, just in case. So I might recommend them, but I'd come on a warm day if I were you, so you can wait outside.

After replacing a deadbolt myself on one of our doors, I didn't want to add another key to my key ring. I called Action Locksmith and that same morning a technician was here. Within an hour, he had re-keyed four locks, allowing me to eliminate three keys from my key ring. The cost was less than I was anticipating and he was fast and efficient. Great service!

The battery on an old garage door keypad died, which reset its code to default. Unfortunately, that default code is based on the dip switch on the motor which is inside the garage, and I don't have a key for the lock. Oscar arrived less than 30 minutes after I called and quickly removed the lock so that I could open the garage door manually and reprogram the keypad. He also explained my options for getting the lock rekeyed and made recommendations. Quick, professional, affordable, and friendly. Thank you, Oscar and Action Locksmith, for the five-star service.

Disappointed. I called and asked if they had an OEM keyfob. They confirmed they did and that I would need to drive to the Murray store. I went to the store, asked them to program a keyfob, the guy assured me it was OEM. They then proceeded to program the keyfob and cut the key. When it was done, they handed me the key fob and it is a cheap Chinese knock off selling for 46 bucks on Amazon. The markings for the suspension button is incorrect and the branding on the back is missing. Very disappointed. Lost my business for future issues. Sad -- they were my go to place.

Jake with action locksmith was great he came out and got my vehicle unlocked was here in less than an hour unlocked it in less than five minutes and he also made a key for my vehicle while I was here, I hate to be locked out of my vehicle and it's great to have a company we can trust and rely on.

Best and friendly service for a reasonable price. Honest and trustworthy locksmiths are a rare breed, but these guys are it!
