I wish I could rate a ZERO star service for this review. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I WAS TOLD OVER THE PHONE THAT IT WOULD COST $65 TO LET ME INTO MY HOUSE. IT TOOK THEM MORE THAN 30 MIN TO GET HERE AND CHARGED ME $105. IT TOOK THE GUY LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES TO LET ME IN. JUST A SIMPLE BOTTOM LOCK. SUCH A SCAM. HOW DARE YOU.

Absolutely terrible. Would leave no stars if able. We needed a locksmith to repair our door knob. Our house was built in 1936 and the door knob we needed fixed is the original from the 1930s. I specifically asked when i called if they could repair old door knobs and if they have experience in dealing with such things. They said yes. The locksmith came over and i explained what i needed done. He then went outside and started to force the door open. I asked what he was doing and he said he was trying to open the door. I told him he could get the door open if he removed the broken door knob from the

Job was performed by 24/7 Pro Locksmith…different than who you call. A call center appears to handle the initial call. The cost was extremely high: $736 to replace three doorknobs and deadbolts. The same keyed set costs less than $90 from a hardware store. Job took 1 hour. $55 in tax. Mike didn’t indicate upfront the labor cost $240 (on top of high 400% mark up on hardware)

Really awful service! I locked my keys inside my car, and after 30 minutes or so, Yakir was sent to help me. He got my car unlocked within 5 minutes and charged me $198 !!? He asked me to Venmo it to him because he preferred it over paying with a credit card, I should've taken that as a sign... The worst is, he saved my phone number and texted me later that same night to ask me out. Very unprofessional and made me feel so uncomfortable!
