We called A-1 Chimney Pro to get an estimate on some work we wanted done on our chimney. We had to wait a couple of weeks to get a person out to get an estimate. Finally on Feb 17 we had a guy from this company out and we accepted the estimate and we were required to give him 50% of the estimate that day so we could get a crew scheduled to do the work. They claimed they were to busy to get started on our job until March 9, so now we are already past a month from the first call to this company. They called March 6 to cancel for the 9th. They said it was necessary because of the weather although
