Brandon is awesome. This is the second time I have had the opportunity to experience the professionalism and great customer service of Baker County Heating and Cooling. Brandon provided clear and concise numbers concerning an estimate and options for cooling systems. He was super knowledgeable and was honest about the pros and cons of the different possibilities he was talking about. I had Baker County Heating and Cooling come to my house to service my furnace and provide an estimate for a cooling system. No pressure whatsoever, just good information and service. Sometime ago Brandon came out to my house to Survey for Air Conditioning. After much discussion and Idea's being thrown around, I suggested "mini splits" at which he readily concurred. He handed me some Pamphlets and said that he would have a Quote for me in a couple of days, if not he was going on vacation and would have the Quote as soon as he got back. That was some "vacation" because in the mean time I went on vacation with not so much as a "peep" from BCH&C.
Ten days at least had past after I got back, and I called BCH&C and talked to Grace. She gave

Brandon and team have been very responsive and attentive while providing quality service. Installed a new A/C unit and made sure the job was done right with excellent followup service. Recently had an old A/C unit go out and they responded immediately and fixed the problem right away. Great team and service.

Our air conditioning unit had failed June 29, 2021 late afternoon. I called Baker County Heating and Brandon answered and advised that he would be at our home at 0700 June 30, 2021. He arrived this morning shortly before 0700 replaced two defective components in the outside unit. Air conditioning back on line and on his way just after 0730. We have known Brandon personally for many years when his family lived next door to my Dad. We heartily recommend Baker County Heating & Cooling. Thank you Brandon. Richard & Cheryl Gushman

Service tech was very cordial and professional. Patiently answered all my questions. Scheduling, a combination of speaking with in-house staff and text notifications, worked out great. I knew exactly what to expect and when (had to wait for parts). Highly recommend!
