Very poor customer service! Contacted them to replace the pipe on my wood stove! They took a month & they never gave me a estimate of what it would cost. They never called me back after leaving messages for them to see what was going on! I certainly wouldn't recommend them to do anything for me! What I would really like to say I can't post but you can imagine what it would be. Definitely not a busniess I would ever go to for anything!

They cleaned the chimney and fireplace without placing a block in front of the firebox. We have soot all over the walls, furniture, floors and curtains. Then the technician used the bathroom and left black footprints throughout the house and a mess at the sink. We were planting a new lawn in front and the technician walked over the newly planted area. Absolutely the lowest form of service I have ever received from a "professional" business, ever. Very upset.
Update: Owner is paying to have home cleaned. Very responsive. We will see what the charges will be for everything. At this point I am upgrading
