This company was on our dishwasher website as an authorized service. When we called this company called for repair on our dishwasher, he wouldn't even let my husband talk...told him it sounded like user error. Ok well we wanted it fixed So booked an appointment. He arrived and wouldn't talk to me, only my husband. I tried to explain the problem but he talked over me telling me what he wasn't responsible for, what the warranty wouldn't cover, told us the installation was crap, etc. everything but look at he problem with the drain. ( He did take off the filter and look at it.

Had an appointment with them. Called to confirm it for a day and a half no answer. Then they call me and it's too late. I asked to just be cancelled and not changed since no one returned my call. They state there was no way they would charge me. I gave my card to someone. I must have mixed up services no biggie. I say just cancel please. The owner calls me back going off on me from a private #. I am on the other line with a Doctor's office and don't have the time so I again ask to just cancel me and I switch back over to the Doctor. The owner again calls back leaving a nasty message

I have used Rader's to repair my Bosch dishwasher due to a factory defect and recently, when my Scottsman ice maker stopped working I had Rader's come back and fix it. I really trust the repairs and value having a good appliance repair company who get the job done right. Dustin has made each repair and always gives me a quality repair and a fair price.

We had an appointment for 3-5 PM. They called and said that they are running ahead of schedule and whether they can show up early. I told them no as there will be no one available to meet them until 3 PM. They then said that they "couldn't waste time waiting for [us]" and will move to the next client on the schedule. They also threatened that they "may not get to [us] today" as the result. When I asked how is it our fault that we couldn't meet them outside of the quoted time period, the woman on the phone said "we won't service someone as dumb as you

I have used this company in the past and they have been very good,however I set up an appointment with Jennette(his assistant) 2 weeks ago and was booked for today(Dec.6th)between 9-11am,I called at 10:30 to make sure he was still coming and was told the appointment was not happening and his books were screwed up and that they weren't even coming to this area until Dec.20th!! Another 2 weeks after having to wait for 2 weeks to be able to be seen in the first place!! This is ridiculous!! They should really get their act together!! Called another repair company and their sending someone out

I just had Rader's Appliance Repair Service repair a Bosch washer I've had over 12 years. Mr. Rader is the sole technician but as busy as he is, he was able to make it out within a week. He quickly determined that the motor needed replacing. His parts supplier for Bosch quickly shipped the replacement, arriving at Mr. Rader's business within two days. His assistant called and made an appointment for a couple days later.
The day before he was supposed to return, I received a call asking if he could come out that evening, apparently he had a cancellation so he wanted to get my washer
