I don't often leave reviews, but Anthony went above and beyond for us. Our dishwasher and dryer stopped functioning properly within a week of each other. We called Arrowhead and they were able to send someone the same day. Anthony communicated well, arrived early, and really spent the time to diagnose our problems and come up with solutions. Unfortunately, a part we needed for the dishwasher is no longer made, but Anthony got our oven working and also gave us advice on our dryer's issues, saving $$$. Super satisfied with the service and will 100% turn to them again the next time we have a problem

Both Andy and his son Andrew are awesome and very knowledgeable! They didn't leave until my Samsung icemaker, which had huge freezing up issues was fixed. And they always explain exactly what's going on. Highly recommend this company!

That’s it, I’ve found my appliance repair guy. This company is so wonderful. Chelsea is very sweet and helpful and Andy is the man. He’s very friendly, makes me feel comfortable in my own home, knowledgeable, diagnosed the issue right away, worked with our warranty company, etc. I could tell he cares and wanted to fix our fridge as soon as possible.
I initially had another local company come out because they said they could come in a day sooner and their service fee was a little cheaper, don’t do it. I had a really bad experience and had to reschedule with Arrowhead. So glad we went with

We love Arrowhead!! This is our second time using them, and I would recommend to anyone needing a professional and honest repairman. The first time he fixed our dishwasher, this time was our dryer. Each time he’s also walked my husband through everything and how he might be able to troubleshoot on his own next time.
