Called bob to help out my neighbor when she was locked out in the cold. Only locksmith I could get on the phone. He connected me to lock-smith who came out within 30 minutes. Emily came out and even left job temporarily ( after making sure Ok of course- as clients not home) given situation. Family run business who really makes the effort! Thank you so much!!!

Wow, Bob took my call and dispatched a tech within 4 days. Emily showed up early and within 30 minutes rekeyed the deadbolt and adjusted my front double doors perfectly!
She kept me informed and had me check out the lock and door adjustment--perfect!

We were just planning on having our house re-keyed after buying it, though had noticed some of our doors weren't closing properly. Our tech (Emily) showed up on time, and was able to replace the old hardware on the doors, in addition to re keying all of the locks. The doors close 100 times better now.

We recently moved to Dixon and, in the haste of moving in, we accidentally locked ourselves out of our home. We contacted AAA who recommended Bob's Lock and Safe. Bob answered the phone and assured us he would help by contacting his son Robert. Bob called us back in five minutes to advise Robert was in the area and would call us. Within five minutes Robert called to say he would arrive within 10 minutes!!! AND HE DID!!! He had our front door open in five minutes! Now we know we got very lucky that Robert happened to be available! What impressed us most was the communication with Bob and Robert

I called about a non-profit organization I volunteer for needing to get into a locked mailbox at the building. The previous owner didn't have a key nor did the landlord and if we took it off the outside wall, we worried about damaging the historical building concrete. Emily called me back, set up an appointment and kept in phone contact so I could be there when she got there. Perfectly professional and pleasant plus super skilled. Amazing! The man on the phone was very helpful and got us scheduled in no time. The women who came to change the locks were very professional, they had their masks on and offered to remove shoes before coming into our home. We were expecting to have to pay twice the amount that we paid. After changing all the locks they walked us through and showed us that they all functioned properly and that the new keys worked. We do not plan on getting anymore keys or locks but we will definitely recommend them to anyone else needing lock service.

I called Bob yesterday afternoon, told him about my lock situation, told me he would have Emily call me and make an appointment. Emily called within the hour, I sent her pictures of my lock, and we both came up with a plan. I made an appointment for today. She arrived on time, and knew exactly what was needed, how to install, and suggested future lock options. I also received new keys.
Emily was very knowledgeable about locks, very polite, very easy to chat with !

Robert the owner was a life saver! I got locked out of my camper while visiting friends in Vacaville. Bob came in the time frame that he said he would and even had his daughter bring him out a part to get me back into my camper. The tumbler had gotten turned and needed a punch out to get me in!

They did a great job keying our house today. Especially during covid when it can be worrisome to have people come to your house, they took all the proper precautions and worked fast and efficiently. They even took a moment to help me understand that I had more locks than I realized in my new home. Highly recommend. Hopefully I won't need new locks for awhile but would definitely use them again.

We needed our office doors re-keyed & Emily called me back just seconds after my request. They came out that day & fixed our doors. We even had the locks replaced under their recommendation that the locks we had were a very poor quality. The price was very reasonable & they super friendly. They had on masks & gloves & followed the social distancing rules, sanitized everything when they were done. Just really good people. You can tell they like what they do & they are very good at it!
