Roberto is simply the BEST in the business. We have used him twice and he is always on time. His pricing is very reasonable as well. I had a very heavily soiled area from a wheelchair. I didn't think it would come out...well let me tell you, not only didn't he get all the stains out, it smells amazing!

My husband found Roberto in short notice. He gave him a call and was able to make an appointment for the end of the week. Roberto cleaned 4 rooms for us and they turned out great. He works alone but does a great job in a quick amount of time. My husband was present and said he was very professional, arrived on time, and provided free cleaner samples. We will definitely be using him again in the future.

Every few months i find that our carpet needs cleaning and so we get online and just find a service, whatever we find usually will do. This time my wife found RCC online and WOW. RCC is a one man team, and his work looks like a actual team did it. Not only was he able to lift stains from our carpet that have been there for YEARS but he was able to do it fairly quick. Considering how long a single room can take and the fact that he did multiple amazes me. The added bonus is that we were able to zelle him money right away, without having to worry about taking out cash. Hands down one of the best

I didn't actually get to use the carpet cleaning service. I purchased a Groupon and made the appointment online, one week before the carpet cleaning service was needed. At the appointment time I set up, I received a call from a representative stating they were not coming as I
did not live in a zip code they serviced. In the Groupon ad, it did state the zip code radius but also said carpet cleaning outside the zip code was an extra charge. This was a huge problem scheduling wise as I was moving out of my home at the time and needed the carpets cleaned after the movers packed everything up,

I was referred to RCC by my landlord and am very thankful that he did. Roberto quickly responded to my WhatsApp message and booked our appointment via housecallpro.com. His prices are reasonable and the quality of carpet clean high. We received a message about an hour before our appointment stating he was en route. I was also happy to see that Roberto donned a face mask. Being able to pay RCC via Zelle made the transaction easy at the end. Didn't know you were on Yelp Roberto ,, been using Roberto to clean my carpets at home and my warehouse floor for the past year. This guy has an amazing positive attitude and he must love his job , he doesn't an amazing job at making your place spotless .

Roberto is the absolute best. I have been a customer for about 5 years. He has always been on time, fairly priced and beyond professional. Roberto is a one man team because he refuses to risk the integrity of his business with someone who may not have the same pride in their work that he has. I've recommended him to friends and family and not one time has he let us down. I've usually had him come once every 6 months in the past when I was renting and just had him complete cleaning in the house we bought a year ago. Roberto is the BEST! He's so genuinely sweet & does an amazing job. I have a puppy, so as you can imagine my carpet has the worst stains! He was able to get every stain completely out & even recommended a good deep cleaning carpet spray I could get to clean myself when my puppy decides to pee on our new freshly cleaned carpet. lol
He's amazing with his response time as well & definitely gives the greatest service he can to make sure his clients are fully satisfied. It's rare to find genuine people in Vegas who treat others with sincere respect & not just money hungry

I just used Roberto carpet clean for the first time today, and I am happy with their service. Roberto was very nice, on time, and fast. He showed me what he was using to clean my carpets since I have a little one crawling around and safety was a concern for me. Everything was non toxic and safe. My house smells great! The price was affordable and we will definitely use them again.

I found this company on Groupon but just called him directly before making a purchase. Roberto responded right away. I needed him to clean a rug in my living room and needed it done that day. He was very nice and said he could come by in 2 hours.
He gave me a great price and actually showed up early. He took his time to explain what he was using and gave me some good choices for other products I could use on my floors and carpet.
Roberto did a great job on my rug. He even helped me take it outside so it could dry faster, I will def. use him again when it gets warmer to clean my carpets upstairs
