Couldn't find anyone to talk to. Look like they're a good builder. Never got to see anything. Had great experience with D R Horton and especially Beazer. Had fantastic meeting with Beazer.

The realtor wasn't very aggressive and she could have did better because of her non aggressiveness it has now became 2 months 2 months before closing she doesn't know how to talk to the other Realtors to get things done it's been a total waste of my time Michelle Adams Realty Group if she would have been more aggressive things would have came out better she did not help me out and she gave me a dud this is a piece of s*** property and that's bottom line she did not tell me the truth she did not tell me anything because of her lack of aggressiveness she did not tell me anything I will never suggest

I could go on about all the issues we have had building with this company but lieing to prospective buyers is at the forefront of why I’m not happy. We were sold our specific lot in phase 2 of construction by multiple of their home specialist on the basis that the entire land area behind our lot was “protected wetland” which could never be built on. This is not something we brought up, but something we were told proactively which to us was a huge bonus of why we picked the lot we did. A year after we moved in that land is now owned by Konter and an entire new subdivision is underway. In the

Horrible experience. They refused to do a walk through with our clients a week prior to closing. Marcy Konter told me their homes are built so well and double checked so there is only a need for a walk through the day of closing since there are rarely issues. Even though we requested a walk through earlier anyways, she refused. We scheduled the walk through the same day of closing and when we got there the key did not work they had to leave the back door unlocked for the buyers to get in after closing in case it wasn't taken care of in time. Excellent homes and service. As with all new homes there were minor issues upon completion of the build. Konter was quick to respond and timely to correct. Highly recommend.

Konter Quality Homes stands behind their product! As a builder, they provide a 2-10 warranty. Part of that warranty includes 1 year coverage on workmanship in the home. I had a small issue within the first year and Konter sent someone out quickly to resolve the issue. A year and a half later, the same issue was occuring and I contacted Konter Homes. Even though I was out of my 1 year warranty, Konter sent multiple people out again to make sure the issue was fixed for good. They did so without any issue or arguing. I am thankful that they stand behind their product and put their own name behind
