I got my 1st bathtub refinished 4 years ago from this company and it's been holding up very well. There is not a single scratch and long as you don't use harsh chemicals, it holds up really well and doesn't chip.
This month I contacted them again and I've gotten a shower pan and another bathtub refinished from this company and they both look like brand new. I'm really happy with the way they look.
I'm very happy with the results with all 3 bathtub I got refinished from this company.

Let me start by saying I would not normally take the time to write such an extensive review, but our encounter with Thermoglaze has been a completely frustrating and unprofessional experience. The manner in which Mark communicates (or doesn't) is unprofessional, borderline harassing, and the work that he completed has fallen apart in a single year, while he claims the work is guaranteed for 10 years- good luck getting him back to fix it.
Mark admitted fault, told us he would re-glaze the tub, did not do it

If you know how a reglazing is supposed to look , this is not what you would want to pay top dollar for. Painter claimed took 5 hr to accomplish. Tenant claimed painter there for 1 hr. Tub was ruff and bubbles all around tub. 2nd person came out 2 weeks later all they did was sand bubbles down and possible glaze small areas. For this price its NOT WORTH IT! If your handy you can do a better Job then This!

Be cautious! We were very excited about this company. My call with Kerry was pleasant. His son(from my understanding) came out to do the work March 2019. Price was fair and the work looked good at the beginning. Less than a few weeks after the work was done, it started peeling. We called and son came out again. It lasted a little longer but still peeled. We called AGAIN and they tried telling us it was our cleaners. We use all organic cleaners, nothing harsh. He came out a third time and this time to a little more time to sand down the bottom. It didn't look very good and always looks like

I am not one to usually write reviews, in fact this one has taken me almost a month to get to. But I wanted to say that I called numerous places and no company was as easy to work with and had such a great price. Kerry scheduled our tub reglaze as soon as they had an opening. Tim was the one that deglazed the tub and he did a fantastic job. The job was finished in under 2 hours. I even thought that the tub had chipped and called Tim, he came out that day to see it himself! Really recommend!!

Definitely impressed from start to finish and I really don't impress easily. I'm so happy to have found Thermoglaze through a google search. I first spoke to Kerry over the phone and was impressed by his knowledge base, his professionalism and his easy going personality. I knew he was the right person to do this job. My tub had yellow stains, damage from old shower doors and rusting all around the drain. You can see from the picture, his team (especially Tim) did an outstanding job. I will definitely be calling him back on my next job. I only wish every company provided such excellent service,

Transformation from ugly to NEW
We called Kerry and his team to re-surface my cast iron tub. I have done business in the past with him and I knew he was the only one I wanted to do business with on my upstairs bathroom.
I called him and scheduled the project.. I have to say as most of you know many contractors are great at their craft, but bad on business basics like follow up and basic communication. They committed to a day, followed up with text, called and completed the job on time.
Great looking tub and excited to show others my new bathroom!

New tenants of very old Elmhurst house in September of 2017. Bathtub finish had peeled away, and was repaired badly by previous tenants. After several bids, we chose Thermoglazing, and are thrilled with the results. I am in my 70's and need safety, and the anti-slip coating is fantastic. Kerry was great, and the cost was very fair.

We had Kerry reglaze our tub after our bathroom was remodeled. He was very informative and knowledgable about the process. He was efficient and friendly. It went very smooth and we are very happy with the new color. FYI he is able to change the drain/overflow without having to get a plumber involved. The new drain goes right over the old one. It’s great. Also we got the non slip bottom and are very happy with that. Overall a great experience and would recommend

I called and spoke with Kerry about getting my tub reglazed. He called me and we discussed the process which I was impressed with. They were booked a couple of weeks a head so I had to wait but it was worth it. Mark is Kerry's son and he did the work which came out great. No mess or Oder until after the tub was reglazed. A slight Oder remained but I was able to use the tub in the morning. Would Recommend.
