Recently worked with the staff on a period correct remodeling project. The CSR staff and architecture project staff were incredibly knowledgeable. The company launched a new website and is growing! I'd recommend using them, well worth the extra money.

Do not use Heritage Tile. 1) they sold us incorrectly out of square subway tile for the historic Al. Ringling Mansion in Baraboo, Wi. Their solution? They gave us a couple hundred dollar discount instead of offering to send us correctly cut tiles. 2) they committed to making us reproduction p-cap tile for the same bathroom but never followed through. We loaned them the necessary parts for duplication but we were told they were too busy working with the MTA. They never answer emails or calls. Wasted our time with them for over two years on this. I have been wrestling with Heritage Tile for several months now. I've had a re-order due to their error, a reorder due to my error, and a reorder due to expanded scope. I've spent thousands of dollars. Each time, getting an estimated delivery date or a schedule has been like pulling teeth. I've played phone tag with my "customer service manager", who likes to call back right before she leaves for the day so I can't call her back if I can't immediately get to her return call. It is true that the product quality is amazing, but when it can't be delivered with a reliable delivery date or consistent

We are renovating a plantation home and ordered two subway mosaics from Heritage for our bathroom floors. They are beautiful! Excellent work and customer service. When our tile guy came up short they were on it same day and sent out more tile within a week. Could not recommend this company more if you are looking for quality craftsmanship with old world charm.

The owner Keith especially but also his staff are committed to providing anything you can dream up. Some tiles are made in Mexico some in Europe and some right on site. Of course it can be pricey depending on your choices. Keith is totally into the historical tile and plans to write a book. If you own a Victorian or Edwardian or just want to go retro he can match the old or suggest a retro.

I had a terrible experience with this company. Two separate people on two separate phone calls quoted me a price it refused to honor. As an excuse was one of them told me it had recorded a wrong email address. But since they had my phone number that was ridiculous. So to sum up, I would never deal with an irresponsible and disorganized company like this, let alone a dishonest one.
