I was not satisfied knowing my front tires had enough wear on them that the wires were showing. They only had 48000 miles on them. And the wear was on the inside. I would have never known to have looked at that location. I was told that the tires are to be rotated every time I get my oil changed. I mentioned that when I first purchased my vehicle Walt Massey changed my oil... But the service manager could not verify if indeed my tires were rotated each time they changed my oil. We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new truck. From the beginning, Heather reached out to us immediately answering all of our questions. The whole atmosphere at Walt Massey was very calm and inviting. The staff NEVER made me feel pressured to buy or feel like I was getting on their nerves when I had questions or inquiries. I have dealt with many other dealerships and can assure that it was not the same experience. Also, I was very grateful that the prices of vehicles were not marked up above MSRP. That is a huge issue with other dealerships right now. They really worked with us on getting the best price for our trade-in, the best interest rate, and meeting our targeted monthly note price. What more could you ask for!?

So, oops I totaled my vehicle and it was paid for. I was definitely dreading getting a new vehicle. My husband convinced me we needed to look at a Chevy or GMC. So we took an hour drive over to Lucedale,MS because I had heard good things about this dealership. I had an appointment with David Parnell. He was super friendly and very informative. He didn't give us the run around or try to talk us into any vehicle we weren't interested in. I asked about the difference between the Chevy and GMC model of and SUV that were supposed to be comparable and he told one was actually smaller but costs

Over here in Lucedale for work. My 2016 GMC Sierra 2500 check engine light came on. Took my truck there too run a diagnostic on it. They had my truck for over an hour and tell me an exhaust temperature sensor was bad and would cost over $500 I told them don't worry about it and they charged me over $150 for looking at it when all I asked was for them to run a diagnostic test. Little frustrated so when I got back to the hotel crawled underneath the truck found what they said was the problem and moved it a little away from the exhaust. the next morning no check engine light no nothing ever had

Worst customer service in the repair dept by Wendy (Amy was always very friendly) Not only did the repair dept diagnose the issues incorrectly they also broke a part. Then when I returned for a second time to get it diagnosed.... because after fixing all the issues they told me was wrong it was still doing the same thing....they wanted me to pay again. She then told me since I had someone else do the repairs it must have been done wrong. I told her I would not pay again and would take it to Pascagoula. Recently purchased a used vehicle from Walt Massey Chevrolet in Lucedale, Ms. My husband and I flew from MA to Ms. to pick up the car on July 28, 2018. The car and my salesperson, Corey were fantastic. The Comptroller, Mark Harvard, not so nice. I purchased the car on July 3rd, half cash, half loan. On July 24th Mr. Harvard (Comptroller) decides to send my title to my lending institution instead of me. I live in MA., I CAN NOT get plates for my car without my title.
