I am very pleased at the work Premier (Jason) did for us! He took the time to show us before and after photos....which was pretty cool. We have a big house and I kinda felt bad he had to run up n down alot of times but he sure is a trooper....as well as friendly. The technician that came and did our vent and duct cleaning was very professional, courteous, and polite. He came in and explained how everything was going to be done and took before and after photos of all areas that were cleaned. There were no hidden costs. We were fortunate enough to spend this 4th of July with Jason. He advised us he would be here around 2 and showed up 15 minutes early. Jason is very professional, courteous and hardworking. I realized our AC wasn’t working late Sunday afternoon- Jason was able to come out at noon the next day to fix it for us! The unit was low on refrigerant, and instead of just refilling it, he looked to see if we had any other issues as well. There were a couple other things wrong with the unit that would have gone out soon, and required another visit. Jason explained what the issues were, and quoted a price prior to fixing. He got the work completed in a timely manner, at a reasonable price, and was very professional!

Wasn't looking forward to weekend weather predicted 96 heat index over 100 and my airconditioning quit 6:00 pm on Friday night. New cost for weekend repairs asked a neighbor for referral name. Left message at… 9:39 pm he text me 9:46pm 'to have good night he would come in morning'. What a wonderful,knowledgeable, service man to come and take care of me. Great job Jason
